I have long loved to spend time in the kitchen. Baking is probably my favorite past time. However, simply cooking is just as fun. I find spending time in the kitchen to be soothing. Nothing turns my mood around better than digging my hands and spoon into a bowl of some food concoction. As I've started to work on managing my weight. I have added healthier recipes. I'm always trying new recipes and experimenting. I find my recipes and ideas from all over the web, from friends, from cookbooks and from homemade 'experiments'. This is my attempt to collect some 'healthier' recipes.
