Breakfast Casserole
4 tbs margarine
1/2 cup croutons
7 ounce cheese
4 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1 tsp dry mustard
1. Melt butter and pour into 9x9 pan or a small casserole dish. Pour croutons over melted butter and toss to coat. Top croutons with 1/2 of the cheese.
2. In a seperate bowl mix eggs and milk and dry mustard. Pour over cheese. Top with remaining cheese.
3. Refridgerate over night.
4. REmove from fridge, preheat oven to 375. Bake for 40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Options: cubed ham or breakfast meat can be added as an optional layer over the eggs, as can various vegetables...anything you put in an omelet would work.
