Pecan Crusted Salmon
salmon fillet
2 tbs butter (melted)
2 tbs dijon mustard
2 tbs honey
pecans
breadcrumbs
Place salmon fillet on greased baking sheet, season with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl mix butter, dijon mustard and honey. IN a second bowl mix pecans and breadcrumbs.
Brush salmon with butter,honey and mustard mixture. Cover with breadcrumbs/pecan mixture.
Bake in 400 degree oven for 10 minutes per inch thickness of fillet.
Serve with the extra butter/mustard/honey mixture
