Mahi Mahi
Decided to try my hand at making Mahi Mahi for Todd the other night.
The directions I found were quite simple and elicited a fish dish that enhanced the flavor of the mahi mahi.
Ingredients
mahi mahi
dry white wine
lemon
mayonaise
paprika
salt and pepper
Place the mahi mahi in a shallow baking dish (skin side down). Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper (to taste). Pour 1/2 cup wine into the bottom of baking dish. Brush mayonaise over the top of the fish to cover completely. Sqeeze the juice from the lemon over the top. Bake at 400 degress for 20 minutes or until fish is flaky
