Breakfast Pizza
PIzza Crust. (I use a whole wheat pizza crust that I make from scratch) OR 2 cans of Pillsbury Crescent rolls spread out on pizza pan. (I cut it down to 1 can for a thinner less caloric crust)
4 eggs
milk
1 cup cheese
cooked bacon or sausage crumbled (optional)
1 cup hashbrowns
Sprinkle hashbrowns on the pizza crust, In a bowl whisk eggs with a splash of milk. Pour over hashbrowns. Top with cheese and sprinkle crumbled bacon or sausage over the cheese. Bake for about 20 minutes or until eggs are set and crust is cooked.
Using my pizza crust....and one serving of sausage 1/8th of the pizza was 5 WW points.
Using 1 can of pillsbury crescent rolls, 1/8 of the pizza (with no meat) is about 300 calories
